On Tuesday 25 August from 11.45 to 12.45 EAIR held its Annual General Meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania. Find the agenda and the enclosures that were discussed below.

According to the EAIR Constitution the General Assembly is the assembly of all members. The meetings of the General Assembly are the General Meetings. The General Meeting held annualy during the EAIR Forum is called the Annual General Meeting (AGM). All authority accrues to the Assembly c.q. the membership that has not been granted to other bodies by law or by the EAIR Constitution.

During the AGM the Executive Committee presents the Annual Report, announces the outcome of the elections for members of the Executive Committee and discusses matters which are laid down in the Constitution, such as financial matters or membership issues. Also topics of importance which are not laid down in the Constitution are discussed, such as matters concerning EAIR as an Association, e.g. its strategy.
