EAIR Forum Office
The EAIR Forum office is located in the Main Entrance Hall of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Opening times of the Forum office are:
| Tuesday 31 August | 16:00 - 20:00 hrs. |
| Wednesday 1 September | 09:00 - 19:00 hrs. |
| Thursday 2 September | 08:00 - 18:00 hrs. |
| Friday 3 September | 08:00 - 18:00 hrs. |
| Saturday 4 September | 08:00 - 13:00 hrs. |
Lunches
The lunches on Thursday and Friday, and the farewell lunch on Saturday are included in the registration fee for all delegates. All lunches will be served on the campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
Coffee/Tea Breaks
Coffee and tea (included in the Forum registration fee for participants) will be served on the campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
Computer Facilities
The Polytechnic University of Valencia has a wide variety of computer facilities which will be available to Forum participants. Most of the venue is covered by a wireless network, which will allow you to use your laptop to access the internet. There is a computer room available for Forum participants. At the computer room there are also print facilities. All machines are set up in English.
Language of the Forum
The official language of the Forum is English.

regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons
attending the Forum and all related events do so at their own
risk and responsibility. Taking out travel insurance is recommended.

Information about excursions
can be found here. If you want to register for one or more excursion
tours please fill in the excursion registration form..
First you have to fill in your personal details on the first page.
Click "send" to get to the second page of the registration
form where you make your preference for the tours. Click on "send"
once more to finish the registration.
The deadline for booking/registration for all the excursions is on 27 August 2010
