We suggest you fill out the form after reading the guide lines in the Call for Proposals.

This proposal form consists of several pages. First you are asked to complete the information about your presentation. On the following pages you are requested to complete the information about main author and, if applicable, co-author(s). We suggest you make sure you have all the information at hand before you proceed.

An overview of your proposal will be sent to the e-mail address of the main author / primary contact person.

Please indicate the character of your paper by ticking one or two of the following categories:

Keywords
Choose at the most 5 keywords most appropriate for your presentation from the list below. You only have to highlight the keywords selected by keeping the control key pressed while selecting.



Title
The title of your paper should be no longer than 12 words and should accurately reflect what is being proposed.



Abstract
You are asked to submit an abstract which must not exceed 100 words. Anything in access of 100 words will not be included in your abstract. The abstract should clearly indicate the core idea of your paper and highlight what your presentation will be about.



Outline
The outline should not exceed 1 000 words (not more than three A4 pages in total).

Include here your introduction in which a description of the problem or issue the paper addresses is set out.


Include here the background of the problem or issue (including the relevant literature).


Include here a description on how you approached the problem or issue.


Include here the results, including how the findings relate to previous work.


Include here the implications or relevance of your work for others (including how generalisable your findings are).


Include here a final paragraph in which you indicate what you have concluded from all that you have done


Include here a reference to how the proposal fits the relevant Track theme.


Formats
You will normally have a timeslot of 20 minutes to present the ideas set out in your paper plus 10 minutes for colleagues to comment on the ideas presented. You are also encouraged to propose other formats such as round-table or forum discussions, a poster presentation, a best practice session, etc.
