You are requested to register on-line for all Social Events (Welcome Reception, Newcomer's Welcome Lunch, Social Dinner and Forum Banquet). .

Welcome Reception
Wednesday 1 September, 19:00 – 21:00 hrs.
Place: Campus – Universidad Politécnica de Valencia

The Welcome and Opening Plenary is followed by a Welcome Reception, hosted by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, and will be held on the Campus the University.

The Welcome Reception is free for both Forum delegates and ‘registered’ accompanying persons.

EAIR Newcomers' Welcome Lunch
Thursday 2 September, 13:00 – 14:30 hrs.
Admission to the Newcomers' Welcome Lunch is free, but by invitation only
Place: VIP Café – Campus – Polytechnic University of Valencia

If you are participating in the Forum for the first time, and you want to know more about EAIR and at the same time meet your fellow ‘newcomers’, this is the place to have lunch on Thursday. You will meet members of the Executive Committee, the track chairs, and all those involved in EAIR activities. If you wish to be included on the invitation list, please state your intention by ticking the box on the Forum website

EAIR Social Dinner
Thursday 2 September, 20:30 hrs.
Place: Palau de la Música de Valencia - Valencia

The Social Dinner is included in the Forum registration fee. Accompanying guests pay € 55.

Forum Banquet
Friday 3 September, 20:30 hrs.
Place: Alameda Palace - Valencia

The Forum Banquet is not included in the Forum registration fee and needs to be paid for separately. The cost is € 60 per person.

Information about excursions can be found here. If you want to register for one or more excursion tours please fill in the excursion registration form.
First you have to fill in your personal details on the first page. Click "send" to get to the second page of the registration form where you make your preference for the tours. Click on "send" once more to finish the registration.
