The local Forum organisers have reserved rooms in the hotels listed below. Please note that the reservations are made during the Forum days (from Saturday to Wednesday). All additional bookings can be made according to availability.

An early hotel reservation is recommended in order to optimise your accommodation arrangements Vilnius is very busy in the summer and there might be a shortage of hotel rooms. Hotel room reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis ONLY until 30 June 2009. After this date, room availability cannot be guaranteed. 7 hotels have been reserved for the participants at special prices.

All bookings will be done online with a secure payment system and you can pay online with VISA and MASTER CARD. Please note that any changes in reservations can be made, but you have to pay a fee to make a change.
