EAIR Forum Office
The EAIR Forum office is located on the first floor (Rector's Office building) in Council Hall (Tarybos sale).

Opening times of the Forum office are:

  • Saturday 22 August - 16:00 - 20:00 hrs.

  • Sunday 23 August - 08:30 - 19:00 hrs.

  • Monday 24 August - 08:30 - 17:00 hrs.

  • Tuesday 25 August - 08:30 - 17:00 hrs.

  • Wednesday 26 August - 08:30 - 12:00 hrs.

Lunches
The lunches on Monday and Tuesday, and the farewell lunch on Wednesday are included in the registration fee for all delegates. All lunches will be served in the canteen of the Faculty of History in the Old campus.

Coffee/Tea Breaks
Coffee and tea (included in the Forum registration fee for participants) will be served in the Grand Courtyard of the Old campus.

Computer Facilities
Old campus has a wide variety of computer facilities which will be available to Forum participants. Most of the venue is covered by a wireless network, which will allow you to use your laptop to access the internet. For participants without a laptop the Faculty of Philology in the Old campus has computer rooms available. At the computer rooms there are also print facilities. All machines are set up in English.

Language of the Forum
The official language of the Forum is English.
