Completed forms should be submitted to the EAIR Secretariat in Amsterdam before 30 June (early registration date). The Secretariat will send you an invoice with an itemised list of all the events for which you have registered and instructions on how to pay. Payments must be in Euro and paid within two weeks after the invoice date. If your payment or 'proof of payment' has not been received two weeks prior to the Forum, your registration will be cancelled. Contact the EAIR Secretariat in Amsterdam in case of doubt.
The invoice will also function as the confirmation of your registration. Participants will be added to an electronic list of participants. Check this list regularly to see if you name is on it, once registered.
Forum Fees
The registration fee for the Forum includes attendance at all sessions, lunches, coffee and tea, the Welcome Reception, the Social Dinner, but not the Forum Banquet. Persons accompanying Forum participants to the Social Dinner have to pay an extra fee.
